Hereinafter, the above entity is referred to as the “Company” or “Luvaii Vietnam.”

a) Information you provide: Full name, telephone number, email address, delivery address, date of birth (if provided), and invoicing information, including the company name, tax identification number, and address.
b) Transaction information: Order history, purchased products, payment methods, and records of returns, exchanges, and complaints. The Company does not store bank card numbers. Where online payments are available, payment transactions are processed by licensed payment service providers.
c) Technical information: IP address, device type, browser information, cookies, and website browsing history.
The Company does not actively collect sensitive personal data. Please do not submit information concerning your health or medical conditions through the website unless specifically requested.
3. Purposes of Personal Data Processing
