CONDITIONS OR RESTRICTIONS ON THE SUPPLY OF GOODS ON THE PLATFORM
1. Goods Offered for Sale
The website luvaii.vn exclusively offers genuine Luvaii-branded skincare cosmetics imported and distributed in Vietnam by the Company.
Each product is notified in accordance with applicable cosmetic regulations. The Cosmetic Product Notification Receipt Number, ingredients, intended uses, directions for use, country of origin, and expiry date are displayed on the relevant product page and product labeling.
2. Important Information Regarding Product Characteristics
The products are cosmetics, not medicines, and are not intended to replace medicines or medical treatment. Results may vary depending on each individual’s skin condition and product usage.
Customers are advised to perform a patch test on a small area of skin before using a product. Discontinue use if any signs of irritation occur. Customers who are undergoing treatment for a skin condition should consult a dermatologist before using the product.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual product colors and packaging may differ slightly due to packaging changes made by the manufacturer or variations in screen display.
3. Customer Eligibility
Customers must have full civil act capacity in accordance with applicable law or obtain the consent of their parent or legal guardian, and must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.
The website serves customers purchasing products for personal use. Customers interested in wholesale purchases, becoming authorized resellers, or joining the Company’s collaborator program are requested to contact service@butterfly.com.vn.
4. Order Restrictions
a) Delivery Coverage: The Company delivers orders within the territory of Vietnam.
b) Order Quantity Limits: The Company may limit the quantity of each product that can be purchased in a single order, particularly for promotional products. Any applicable limits will be stated on the relevant product page or within the applicable promotional program.
c) Samples and Gifts: Product samples and gifts are not for sale and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. Right to Reject or Cancel Orders
The Company reserves the right to reject or cancel an order and notify the customer in any of the following circumstances:
- The recipient’s information is inaccurate or the recipient cannot be contacted;
- The product is out of stock;
- There are indications of fraud, fictitious orders, or unusually large purchase quantities intended for commercial purposes;
- A pricing error occurs as described in the Pricing Policy; or
- A force majeure event occurs.
Any amount already paid by the customer, if applicable, will be refunded in full.
6. Company’s Responsibilities
The Company undertakes to supply genuine products that have at least six (06) months of remaining shelf life at the time of delivery, conform to the product information published on the website, and meet the Company’s obligations regarding product quality in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
This Policy takes effect on October 6, 2026.
