PRICING POLICY
1. Currency and Taxes
All product prices displayed on luvaii.vn are quoted in Vietnamese Dong (VND) and include value-added tax (VAT) and packaging costs.
2. Shipping Fees
Unless otherwise stated, the listed prices do not include shipping fees. Shipping fees are clearly displayed at checkout before the customer confirms the order, in accordance with the Shipping Policy.
In addition to the displayed product prices and shipping fees, customers are not required to pay any other charges.
3. Promotional Prices
Promotional prices, discount codes, and gifts are subject to the terms and conditions and validity periods of the respective promotional programs published on the website.
All promotional programs are conducted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations on sales promotions. Discount codes are not redeemable for cash.
4. Price Changes
Product prices may vary from time to time. The price applicable to an order is the price displayed at the time the customer successfully places the order. Orders that have already been confirmed will not be affected by subsequent price changes.
5. Pricing Errors
If a listed price is incorrect due to a technical error or an obvious mistake, the Company will contact the customer before delivery to notify them of the correct price.
The customer may choose to proceed with the purchase at the correct price or cancel the order. If payment has already been made, the Company will refund the full amount in accordance with the Refund Policy.
6. Invoices
The Company issues electronic invoices for all orders in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Customers who require an invoice issued to a business entity are requested to provide the company name, tax identification number, address, and email address for invoice delivery when placing the order.
This Policy takes effect on October 6, 2026.
